| Should you still have your paper pilot certificate from days gone by, you should know that it is no longer valid. On March 31st, 2010 the FAA required all pilots to ensure they had in their possession, a plastic pilot certificate issued by the FAA. It's not too late to get your replacement certificate ordered.
